Pink!

I thought "pink" was an appropriate title for this entry! ;-)

I've had a very busy September - it's turned out to be busier than July! Go figure -- tourists confuse me! I guess of course it could be that the weather has been nicer in September than it was in July/August... This week/weekend there's been a ladies golf tournament at Loch Lomond, so just about everywhere in the area has been full - we've even had 2 golfers staying at the GH (and their caddies too :-) ) Fun!

I've still managed to do a bit of stitching. I only wish I had more time for it, but I'm always happy if I can get even just 20-30 minutes in a day.

I finished Crystal Roses by Just Nan the other day. What a pleasure to stitch! I'm only sorry that the photos didn't come out too well... I took a ton of photos, and this one was the best of the lot (which doesn't say much, does it!) I've added the second photo as it shows the sparkles a wee bit better...

Edited to Add: I've just taken a scan of it too.... sorry, this is overkill, you'll be sick of the sight of this one!

These are some recent photos of Michelle's wee one, Abbie Rose, who was born on 16 April.

Isn't she adorable! Though I'm thinking she was getting a bit fed up with all the posing she was having to do at the end there... :-)

Have a great weekend everyone!

Crystal Roses is awesome - your photo managed to catch some of the sparkle, and that's hard to do. Cute, cute baby. :o)

I bet the Just Nan project is stunning IRL! It's frustrating, trying to get the perfect picture of a project, isn't it?

But the pictures of Abbie Rose are 100% perfect! What a sweetie!!
