No stitching updates, but lots of framing photos today!
You'll probably remember this one, as I finished it just a few months ago. You can see a scan here (scroll down a little). This is a Christmas gift for my dad.
This next quartet are all for me! I asked my framer to leave them simple, as I'm going to hang them together and I feel they'd have been a bit overwhelming if they'd had mats, etc. Not the greatest photo in the world... but you can see photos of them individually here and here.
You probably won't remember this one! I stitched it last year, and finally got it framed. I decided that I'll give it to nonna for Christmas. You can see a better photo of it right after I finished it here. I asked my framer to show lots of the fabric, which I think is gorgeous (the photos don't do it any justice at all).
I stitched this way back in May.... it only took 3 weeks! For my mum's 60th birthday which was on December 2nd. She loved it! Again, not a very good photo... but you can see close-up photos here.
And finally... this was also for my mum. Again, better photo here (scroll down).
I haven't had a lot of time for stitching over the past couple of weeks (I guess I'm not the only one!), though I've been making sure to stitch a wee bit every day, so I'll have a new happy dance soon.
I hope everyone is enjoying the festivities. I love, love, LOVE this time of the year!

Wow, all of your pieces and framing choices are just beautiful!! I really like how Geranium House is framed. I never think of using white mats but it looks great with the silver frame!
What wonderful framing! You did a great job choosing frames that compliment the stitching!

What a lovely job your framer has done of all your pieces! I particularly love the way she's framed the M Designs tree - it's gorgeous with all that red fabric. I'm sure your family will love all these gifts!
