The Love Sampler would be a good choice, any of their samplers could be adapted to suit what colours, style, you'd prefer. Happy choosing :)Katrinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00588922164281693735noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22248609.post-1159709097261600662006-10-01T14:24:00.000+01:002006-10-01T14:24:00.000+01:00I'm currently stitching Papillon Creation's Love w...I'm currently stitching Papillon Creation's Love with a Capital L as a wedding sampler for myself and my fiance. But for what it's worth www.puntiantichi.com has a couple of 'love' samplers 'Love Reigns' and 'Love and Gentle Heart' both look lovely but may be too large. Or how about some of the Celtic designs - I did look but there are so many out there! My favorite idea is Karen's suggestion to use a M Design monochrome letter. Your color choice could make it light and cheery or heavy and formal. Just a thought. Great work!

As for wedding samplers, I am very partial to several of the Sweetheart Tree ones. They are smaller pieces (so travel well) and can be done in a shorter time frame but very intricate and delicate looking also. In fact I just saw a finished one yesterday that a friend had just had framed and it was lovely.Wendyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12194880509630916177noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22248609.post-1159171880404432782006-09-25T09:11:00.000+01:002006-09-25T09:11:00.000+01:00I don't really have a suggestion for a sampler, I ...I don't really have a suggestion for a sampler, I bet whatever you choose will be lovely. It looks beautiful but relatively quick. I stitched Teresa Wentzler's Wedding sampler a couple of years ago, and that's lovely, but it's not a quick stitch. Or how about The Token by Long Dog designs? Would they like a quaker style? Or something folksy like The Trilogy's Cardiology? Not really weddingy but could be adapted. They do a Wedding Spot too that's very small. Or Victoria Sampler - bigger again and more complicated, but they have quite a few wedding/love designs :)

That's a beautiful bit of patchwork Federica did and I love the Mira cherub. And your Pine stitching is lovely.

I used to be a one-at-a-timer.
